Working as part of the TomoWork Talent Accelerator Program - dedicated to giving special needs kids workforce skills and the opportunity to work with professional companies. "I had the privilege of working closely with Assel at TomoWork as a facilitator for our flagship impact programme for 12 weeks, designed for students with special educational needs (SEN) from polytechnics.
The project demanded students with SEN to stretch their abilities and acquire skills such as data analysis, problem-solving, coding, and collaboration within an intensive timeframe. Thanks to Assel's passionate and expert guidance, the team completed the project successfully, and 3 of them were finally hired by the project sponsor, Micron Singapore."
